Work

Principles and values

In my work, I am guided by the principle of comprehensiveness – I believe that both the world and we ourselves are multifaceted, so the methods we use must reflect this. To this end, I draw on two metaphors – roots and colours.

I help clients adapt flexibly to an ever-changing world, whilst retaining their sense of self – their roots. During our sessions, we work together to understand what the client’s foundation is and what form it takes. Once we’ve discovered it, the aim is to recognise and accept it. I believe that we all have a whole range of colours within us – some are brighter, others more muted, and others remain completely in the shadows. We take pride in some, whilst we refuse to acknowledge others. My aim is to ensure that, first of all in the counselling room, and then in other spaces too, it feels safe to see oneself as one truly is.

My work is rooted in reliable and constantly updated scientific information, professional ethics and personal values. The foundation of my counselling is connection. I allow both myself and the counselling sessions to be dynamic, applying a variety of personalised techniques drawn from mindfulness, Gestalt practices, cognitive-behavioural therapy and art therapy.

Let’s come together to bring together the parts that sometimes seem at odds with one another. Towards an authentic life!

Counselling

My conversations with Lukrecija are
some of the safest conversations I’ve ever had. I don’t feel any shame or desire to hide the mistakes I’ve made; on the contrary, I want to talk about them. It’s good to understand which life events have influenced my feelings and how to deal with those feelings.

What stood out most was Lukrecija’s exceptional gift for public speaking. Her calm voice, sincere enthusiasm <...>, and ability to convey complex ideas in a simple way were so captivating that I even forgot to keep track of the time, which was my responsibility during the event. The presentation was informative, inspiring, and of exceptionally high quality.
